Our ordering window runs from Monday to Sunday with all orders shipping out the following Monday. All shipped orders will have a tracking number and be sent via USPS. If you choose our Local Pick Up Option, orders will be ready on Saturday afternoons for pick up. You will receive a notification letting you know when your order is completed.

We ship our products in either shipping boxes or gray, heavy duty poly mailers so your order is not visible to prying eyes.

We only ship our products within the United States. We do not offer our products internationally.

We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient and secure. We do not accept Venmo payments at all, CashApp and Zelle payment methods are not available through our website. If you wish to use either of these 2 payment methods you will need to contact us directly for ordering, invoicing and payment details to process your order.

Return Policy
Because custom items are created based on your specifications, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds. Please review all details carefully before placing your order. We will ALWAYS send a final design mock up for final approval before we collect payment. If you are ordering from one of the Merchandise Affiliate pages, there are not edits on any of the designs unless otherwise noted on the product (name personalization specifically)
Expedited Orders
We get it - life happens. To accommodate expedited requests, we move your order to the front of our production schedule, which requires an additional rush fee. This fee is per order and not per item. This option is available on the checkout screen.
